Paige K. Carpenter, ALFA, CSA, Certified Senior Advisor

Executive Director

Paige Carpenter is an experienced leader and community administrator whose career includes successful tenures across multiple senior living and care disciplines. She joined Seaton Chesterfield in November 2021 after serving as Senior Lifestyle Counselor at a sister community, Discovery Village At The West End, since August 2020.

A proud graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University, Paige earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Rehabilitation Counseling while minoring in Psychology. She is also a licensed Assisted Living Facility Administrator and Certified Senior Advisor (CSA)

She brings to Seaton Chesterfield a passion for exceptional senior care and service and creating a culture of teamwork. As Executive Director, she is focused on developing teams and talent and nurturing long-term, high-impact relationships with community partners and resources. With over 20 years of experience and an earned reputation for program improvements, Paige believes in listening first, and driving resident satisfaction through efficiency, training and continued learning and improvement.

Outside of working hours, Paige loves spending time with her family, sandy beaches and clear, blue waters. She also enjoys reading, socializing among friends, and music, as she sings in two, local choirs and regularly leads line dancing sessions for residents and team members.

Christi Norton

Senior Lifestyle Counselor

Christi Norton, a native of North Carolina moved to Virginia in 2000. She graduated with honors from Old Dominion University where she earned her bachelor of science degree in professional communications. Before entering the senior living industry, she was a successful sales and marketing professional working as a small business owner.

Christi and her husband, John are parents to two amazing adult children. She enjoys traveling, volunteering, hiking, visiting local wineries, and conversations over a good cup of coffee. She loves being a compassionate resource in helping seniors and their families navigate their next steps in senior living.

Christine “CC” Corrieri

Director of Celebrations

Director of Celebrations, Christine “CC” Corrieri, joined the Seaton Chesterfield team in 2020, lending her previous theatre education and performance experience to provide unique group and valuable one-on-one engagements to every resident. Her favorite thing about this rewarding work is enhancing the quality of life for the residents and the boundless love they share. CC was born in New York, graduated from the University of Pittsburgh with a degree in Marketing and English, and studied Theatre at Carnegie Mellon University and Design at AIP. After more than a 20-year career with several Fortune 500 companies in Strategic Innovation & Transformation, CC became the sole caregiver for her mother, which changed her life trajectory. Her next role was Managing Director for a non-profit Cultural Arts Center before moving to her current role. She continues to perform on stage, in commercials, and does voiceovers in her spare time. CC rides a motorcycle and enjoys traveling, cooking, and all kinds of art. CC has two rescue kittens, twin brothers Milo and Wyatt.

Sara Glennon

Memory Care Coordinator

Memory Care Coordinator, Sara Glennon, has been a team member at Seaton Chesterfield since 2012. She began as the Activities Director, but her heart for residents with dementia led her to becoming the Memory Care Coordinator in 2015. She is a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and strives to give her residents the best social, physical, and mental stimulation. It is the team’s goal to provide an environment that helps residents maintain skills, independence, and sense of personal history. Sara’s favorite activities are getting to discover new things about each and every resident. She has been married for 9 years with two spoiled cats. Sara loves getting out to the mountains and hiking, but when she’s home she enjoys reading and creating.

Abdul Hamed Fazli

Director of Culinary Services

Director of Culinary Services, Abdul Hamed Fazli, has worked in the kitchen at Seaton Chesterfield since 2014. Hamed has been in the business for 26 years and counting. He loves to cook and prepare delicious daily meals and dishes for birthday parties, special events, and holidays for residents and team members. His greatest consolation is the compliments from residents and guests, then sharing his wonderful days at work when he goes home to his family.
