Executive Director

Tamara is a human services professional with over 12 years of experience. She has successfully directed the regional operations for several personal care communities. Her background is in community-based behavioral health and residential services. Tamara is team and goal-oriented while striving to achieve the highest level of quality care. She is particularly passionate about diversity and inclusion, especially as it relates to accessibility and provision of services. Tamara has a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Cedar Crest College and is a licensed Personal Care Home Administrator. She currently resides in Lancaster, PA with her family. She is happily married with a one-year-old son, a cat, and dog. In her spare time, she enjoys exploring international cuisines, is a patron of all forms of art, and spending time with her family.

Jessica Etter

Director of Sales & Marketing

Jessica Etter is our Director of Sales & Marketing at Seaton Springwood, a Personal & Memory Care Community in York, PA. A native to York County, Jessica started her professional career as an entrepreneur and transitioned to the senior care industry 15 years ago. Her passion for people grew into a purpose for helping seniors in the community live the highest quality of life possible. Her experience in the industry ranges from care coordination, memory unit management, skilled rehab and long-term care admissions to obtaining her Administration License and becoming an Executive Director. Throughout the years she helped support her staff and grow occupancy, ultimately going back to her roots in sales. “We don’t SELL, what we do is provide SERVICE… we are ALL responsible in maintaining the warm and caring environment we created within our community, that’s what makes today’s guests become tomorrow’s residents.”

Kim Sullivan

Director of Celebrations

Director of Celebrations Kim Sullivan joined the Seaton team in 2016 and is a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) with more than 13 years of experience utilizing recreation and leisure as a therapeutic intervention within a long-term care setting. She graduated from York College of Pennsylvania in 2008 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Therapeutic Recreation. Since 2020, she has serves as an adjunct faculty member at York College within the Recreation Leadership academic program. Kim feels incredibly blessed to do what she does for a living—our residents are truly an extension of her own family! While her primary responsibility is directing our activities program, above all else she loves being a friend to our residents; a listening ear, a hand to hold, a bringer of joy and laughter. Outside of work, Kim enjoys fishing and spending time with her fiancé and four-legged children!

Brooke Tomlinson

Memory Care Director

Memory Care Director Brooke Tomlinson has been in the healthcare field since 2007 working as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and Certified Medication Technician in all different settings including hospitals, nursing homes and assisted living communities. In 2019, Brooke found her calling when she developed a true passion for working with residents living with dementia here at Seaton Springwood. In 2021, she became a Certified Dementia Practitioner (CDP) and was promoted to Memory Care Director. Each day, Brooke and her team devote time to engaging our residents in quality of life activities and providing compassionate care. In addition, she is currently working towards her Bachelor of Science in Psychology. Outside of the community, Brooke enjoys spending time with her three children, her dogs, and traveling.

Denise Bailey

Director of Culinary Services

Denise Bailey, Director of Culinary Services and SafeServ Manager, has more than 15 years in culinary and dietary experience. Denise attended North Dakota to become a Dietary Manager and plans on returning back to complete her schooling. One thing that Denise loves about Seaton Springwood is connecting with the residents—she views our community as one big family. Outside of work, Denise enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren.
