They’ve been great to deal with. All of the team and residents have been friendly and helpful. It feels like home as much as it can not being at home. And my loved one has nothing but good things to say about the food.

After almost six years of outstanding assisted service to my loving Aunt Gloria, where does one actually begin? There are so many individuals who I would love to show more thanks than just saying the words. You have such a good team or group of individuals who had shown consistently great care and compassion to my aunt and I know others over these years that I wish there was a way I could give more than this letter.
I know my aunt didn’t want to leave your great community because she had made so many friends both residents and all of your team members but circumstances that were beyond all our control had dictated another change again in her life. We all know she is at the Fall time of her life and as the hat I wear says “God Is in Control!”
I truly hope that if anyone is considering your community for a loved one they need not look any further. They have found a place where all the associates not just work-related there but become close to each individual as a close friend. The alertness and quick reaction to accidents was so appreciated so much over these past six years, that I feel strongly that Seaton Springwood should have a new rating of A++.
It is in great regret that my aunt can no longer be with you because of the decline in her overall health but I know someday she will be looking down from Heaven and thanking each of you who had shown such love and care.
