Stephanie Osorio

Director of Celebrations

Fun Fact: Stephanie is fluent in Spanish! “I try to get our residents involved in learning and they absolutely love it!”

Stephanie Osorio grew up in Maryland where she attended Catonsville High School, graduating at the top of her class; taking college courses throughout her Sophomore and Senior years of high School.

At 14 years old, she began to volunteer at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, worked as a part time receptionist while still in high school. It was there that her love for helping people blossomed.  She was promoted to lead administrative assistant, and eventually to Activities Director. Stephanie took on more responsibility, managing the department, and went back to college as a full-time student. When health challenges with her mother arose, she shifted her focus on work and her mom’s care while completing her training in the NCAAP program to become a certified Activities Director.

Stephanie is married to husband, Eber and have a beautiful daughter Sophia. Which understandable, is absolutely the light of Stephanie’s life. They have a dog; Coco, who frequently brings lots of love to the residents in the community.  Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She also has a small graphic design business where she expresses her artistic skills.

Stephanie genuinely believes that what she brings unique qualities for compassion and dedication to the residents, team members and community.

She also is fluent in Spanish as her parents are from Guatemala and often teaches the residents of Seaton Towson so of her beloved first language.
