Michael Hinkel
Director of Culinary Services
Michael born in Baltimore; Maryland where was adopted by an incredible family. He attended Kenwood High School and joined the Army after graduation. He was trained as a chef in the military and served for seven years. After, he continued pursuing his passion with more training with the Ramada. Traveling up and down the East coast he continued developing his skills with diversity of experiences in French, Italian, German and Asian cuisines.
He also owned and operated a restaurant for 10 years, selling it to spend more time with his wife and children during their formattable years. For the past 17 years he has been sharing his culinary expertise in senior living.
When not working at Seaton Towson, Michael enjoys being a husband and father to five children. He loves spending time in nature, either hiking in the woods, or boating on the water with the family. He is an avid fisherman and loves to trap crabs.
William Hummel
Director of Facility Operations
William grew up in neighboring state, Pennsylvania graduating from Berwick Senior High School. He attended Pennsylvania College of Technology where he received an associate degree in Networking and Technical Support. He joined the Army Reserves and was deployed to Iraq for 2 years. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Software Engineering for Colorado Technical University. After deployment, he worked as a Senior Computer Operator monitoring large servers for the United States government before eventually finding his career in facility maintenance. He loves serving the residents as the Director of Facility Operations and often takes time to make his team members laugh during the day.
His real passion is for his wife, Nina, two children Emma and Brayden, dog, Ruby and cat, Malibu. When he is not going on adventures with the family, often he spends time PC gaming with friends online.
Stephanie Osorio
Director of Celebrations
Fun Fact: Stephanie is fluent in Spanish! “I try to get our residents involved in learning and they absolutely love it!”
Stephanie Osorio grew up in Maryland where she attended Catonsville High School, graduating at the top of her class; taking college courses throughout her Sophomore and Senior years of high School.
At 14 years old, she began to volunteer at a Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, worked as a part time receptionist while still in high school. It was there that her love for helping people blossomed. She was promoted to lead administrative assistant, and eventually to Activities Director. Stephanie took on more responsibility, managing the department, and went back to college as a full-time student. When health challenges with her mother arose, she shifted her focus on work and her mom’s care while completing her training in the NCAAP program to become a certified Activities Director.
Stephanie is married to husband, Eber and have a beautiful daughter Sophia. Which understandable, is absolutely the light of Stephanie’s life. They have a dog; Coco, who frequently brings lots of love to the residents in the community. Outside of work, Stephanie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family. She also has a small graphic design business where she expresses her artistic skills.
Stephanie genuinely believes that what she brings unique qualities for compassion and dedication to the residents, team members and community.
She also is fluent in Spanish as her parents are from Guatemala and often teaches the residents of Seaton Towson so of her beloved first language.
Clinton Lawhorn
Senior Living Counselor
Clinton was born in Washington DC and spent the first 12 years of his life in Adelphi, Maryland before moving to Georgia. Clinton went to college in Americus, Georgia just 10 miles from Jimmy Carter National Historical Park. Clinton has over 35 years of experience in senior living, he started this career in Americus as an Alcohol/Drug/Eating Disorder therapist, then traveled the United States as a regional sales manager. Clinton wanted to work with older adults that needed help in the transition process into senior living.
Clinton is a wine enthusiast who also enjoys collecting antiques. He also has an evergreen interest in learning about diverse cultures and religions. Clinton is an avid traveler and recently did his first trip out of the country.
Clinton brings a unique compassion and an understanding for aging adults and their families making the decision to move into senior living, he is constantly working to soften the weight of that tough decision and helps individuals and families make the best decision with compassion, unconditional love, and service.
